KTBC / FOX 7 - Austin
FOX 7 Austin, located in the heart of the Live Music Capital of the World, is looking for an Editor/ Photographer.  If you love working in television, can edit with your eyes closed and want to live in the coolest city in the country, we want to see your demo reel.

Responsibilities:  The right candidate will be responsible for utilizing Avid edit systems to edit news topicals, franchise promos and supervise the tagging of syndicated/network show promos.  The position will also be involved in pre/post production collaboration on high end image campaigns.  Must work well under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.  Other responsibilities include archiving and upkeep of completed promos, audio/video and graphic elements, completing preventative maintenance of editing and camera equipment and shooting and collaborating with producers on various projects.

Requirements: Degree in Radio/TV/Film or Communication with a concentration in television production.  One year of non-linear editing and shooting experience. Knowledge of computer systems, video production, shooting and editing. Producing experience a plus.  Adobe Creative Suite experience strongly preferred.  Must be able to work various hours and shifts.
