TV Broadcast Designer 1 (Part-time)
WRAL - Raleigh, NC
This is a part-time position, approximately 26 hours per week.  WRAL-TV has an immediate opening for a talented and enthusiastic Broadcast Designer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-critical environment.  This person must utilize their creative genius to produce graphics for news, local programming, and internet usage that is accurate and communicates clearly to viewers.

This person will be expected to work closely with producers, directors, and other control room personnel to create and manage the presentation of graphics during live broadcasts.  Strong design and problem solving skills as well as the ability to adapt and change direction quickly are necessary.  The successful candidate should have a great attitude and want to be a part of a winning team.  At least one year of broadcast graphics experience is strongly preferred.  Special consideration will be give to those with Lyric/Duet and LyricPro/HyperX experience.  Knowledge of Liberty Paint, Adobe Photoshop, and ENPS Newsroom software; two or four year college degree or relevant work experience preferred.  A pre-employment drug screening is required.
