DOUG DENEEN, EDITING & MARKETING TRAINER

Doug Deneen conducts marketing trainings and editing workshops for 602 Communications and is informally known as the "Avid Master".

Doug spent more than a decade producing in creative services departments in Raleigh-Durham, NC and Columbus, OH. His extensive background includes producing and editing news, documentaries and special programs. Doug has also produced and edited corporate videos for Yearlook Enterprises, the US Navy, and The Center for Creative Leadership. He has created TV and print advertisements for retail clients and taught documentary production and video aesthetics courses at his alma mater, Duke University.

Doug is an award-winning still photographer. Doug's work is showcased at his gallery shop, "River Zen", located in upstate New York. Doug has received regional NEA and Arts Council grants for his still-life images and experimental videos. His work has been shown in the North Carolina Museum of Art and hangs in hundreds of private and public collections throughout the country.

Doug lives in New York City and enjoys a getaway near Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains.
